The Northwest Indiana Chapter of Waterfowl U.S.A. was
organized in January
of 1988. It is our
goal to preserve
some of the
remaining wetlands
within the Northwest
Indiana area and to
provide
suitable habitat for
waterfowl and other
species of wildlife.
The Northwest Indiana Chapter of Waterfowl U.S.A.
currently owns and
manages three (3)
waterfowl habitat
properties in
Northwest Indiana.
They are the Jerry
Allen Waterfowl
Management Unit, the
D. Thomas Sporre

Waterfowl U.S.A.,
Northwest Indiana
Chapter was founded
in January
1988 and is a
national non-profit,
conservation
organization,
dedicated to using
funds in the areas
in which they are
raised for local and
state waterfowl
projects. It was
founded by
biologists for the
purpose of
preserving and
improving wintering
and breeding habitat
within the United
States. There was,
and still is, a
tremendous need to
fund waterfowl
projects on the
local level.
Without members and
sponsors supporting
us, we can't
continue to improve
waterfowl habitat in
the Northwest
Indiana Area. We
therefore urge you
to consider becoming
a member or sponsor
of the Northwest
Indiana Chapter of
Waterfowl USA.
