The Northwest
Indiana Chapter of
Waterfowl U.S.A. is
a 501(c)(3)
tax-exempt,
nonprofit
organization
dedicated to raising
funds for the
purchase,
protection,
restoration, and
enhancement of
wetlands and
waterfowl habitat in
the Northwest
Indiana area.
The Northwest Indiana Chapter of Waterfowl U.S.A. was
organized in January
of 1988. It is our
goal to preserve
some of the
remaining wetlands
within the Northwest
Indiana area and to
provide
suitable habitat for
waterfowl and other
species of wildlife.

The Northwest Indiana Chapter of Waterfowl U.S.A.
currently owns and
manages three (3)
waterfowl habitat
properties in
Northwest Indiana.
They are the Jerry
Allen Waterfowl
Management Unit, the
D. Thomas Sporre
Wildlife Area, and
the Don & Mary
Roberts Wildlife
Area. Please be sure
to visit our
"Chapter Projects"
page for complete
and detailed
information.
Waterfowl U.S.A.,
Northwest Indiana
Chapter was founded
in January
1988 and is a
national non-profit,
conservation
organization,
dedicated to using
funds in the areas
in which they are
raised for local and
state waterfowl
projects. It was
founded by
biologists for the
purpose of
preserving and
improving wintering
and breeding habitat
within the United
States. There was,
and still is, a
tremendous need to
fund waterfowl
projects on the
local level.
Without
members and
Executive Supporter's supporting
us, we can't
continue to improve
waterfowl habitat in
the Northwest
Indiana Area. We
therefore urge you
to consider becoming
a member or
Executive Supporter
of the Northwest
Indiana Chapter of
Waterfowl USA.
If you
would like more
information, please
see our "Membership
Page" and print and
fill out the
form and we will
send you everything
you'll need to join
us in improving
local waterfowl
habitat. Or feel
free to call Don
Roberts @ (219)
322-1545 or John Jelinek
@ (219)465-7039
for more information
on becoming a
